Americares is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Bilingual Clinic Nurse to join our team. As a Bilingual Clinic Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing quality healthcare to our patients, communicating effectively with them in their native language.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessing patients, developing care plans, and implementing treatments.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams in English and Spanish.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and patient outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices and evidence-based care.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and compassion.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Connecticut.
- Minimum one year of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a bilingual or multicultural environment.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
