We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supported Living Home Director to lead our team in providing exceptional care and support to individuals with brain, spinal cord, and medically complex injuries, illnesses, and other challenges.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Provide direction, leadership, and supervision of staff to carry out operations and quality services.
- Policy Enforcement: Enforce company policies and procedures related to program, health care, and safety of individuals being served.
- Treatment Planning: Review and monitor the development and implementation of treatment and service delivery plans.
- Licensing and Compliance: Attend licensing reviews and assist with development of correction plan and oversee consistent implementation of the plan.
- Community Relations: Promote relationships and provide information about the company to families, case managers, regional communities, and other professionals.
- Communication: Communicate with parents/guardians and professionals regarding the needs, progress, and concerns of individuals served.
- Licensure and Certification: Ensure and maintain licensure of all assigned homes/programs.
- Financial Management: Ensure implementation of policy/systems for handling of individuals receiving support and company funds.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in human services, social work, or related field.
- Experience: Three year minimum, supervisory experience in a human services field for residential supported setting.
- License: Current driver's license, in good standing.
- Skills: Strong leadership qualities, attention to detail, and organizational skills. Effective communication skills to manage relationships and the ability to multi-task to meet deadlines.
