Job Title: Relationship Banker

As a Relationship Banker, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing them with tailored financial solutions and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with clients to understand their financial needs and goals, and provide personalized recommendations to meet those needs.
  • Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently, and ensure that clients have a seamless banking experience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and identify opportunities to grow their business with Bank of America.
  • Stay up-to-date on Bank of America's products and services, and be able to communicate their benefits to clients.
  • Work collaboratively with other Bank of America teams to provide a comprehensive banking experience for clients.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • One year of cash handling experience and/or sales experience in a financial services environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
