  • Structure data to support informed decision-making.
  • Conduct Internal Rate of Return (IRR) calculations for capital projects, collaborating with management to quantify potential benefits.
  • Prepare reports and provide training on the analytic reporting tools.
  • Support organizational growth and scalability through strategic thinking.
  • Document standard operating procedures.
  • Engage in financial modeling and forecasting activities.
  • Perform additional analyses and special projects as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Analytics, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in analytics within a manufacturing context.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Microsoft Excel (including Formulas, Pivot Tables, and Functions).
  • Familiarity with data tables and database reporting tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and anomalies in data.
  • Capable of independent problem-solving as well as collaborating within teams.
  • Experience in conducting root cause analysis to mitigate recurring issues.
  • Effective time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, across all organizational levels.
  • Commitment to documenting processes to ensure consistency and repeatability.
  • Highly motivated to address business needs and enhance processes.
  • Ability to transform raw data into actionable insights.
  • Solid understanding of ERP systems and their application in a manufacturing setting.
