Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and assess margin and profitability across various markets, value streams, and products.
- Generate and distribute weekly performance scorecards.
- Propose enhancements to pricing strategies and manufacturing processes by evaluating historical data and identifying future trends.
- Structure data to support informed decision-making.
- Conduct Internal Rate of Return (IRR) calculations for capital projects, collaborating with management to quantify potential benefits.
- Prepare reports and provide training on the analytic reporting tools.
- Support organizational growth and scalability through strategic thinking.
- Document standard operating procedures.
- Engage in financial modeling and forecasting activities.
- Perform additional analyses and special projects as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Analytics, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in analytics within a manufacturing context.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Microsoft Excel (including Formulas, Pivot Tables, and Functions).
- Familiarity with data tables and database reporting tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and anomalies in data.
- Capable of independent problem-solving as well as collaborating within teams.
- Experience in conducting root cause analysis to mitigate recurring issues.
- Effective time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, across all organizational levels.
- Commitment to documenting processes to ensure consistency and repeatability.
- Highly motivated to address business needs and enhance processes.
- Ability to transform raw data into actionable insights.
- Solid understanding of ERP systems and their application in a manufacturing setting.
