We are seeking a talented Inside Sales Specialist to join our team at Midwest Marble Granite & Quartz. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions to drive sales growth.

About the Role:

  • Primary point of contact for prospective clients
  • Engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions
  • Enter and update prospect information into CRM systems
  • Maintain calendars for Business Development Managers, scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Ensure smooth hand-off and interaction with Business Development Manager and Project Manager
  • Provide exceptional client service and follow-up

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience in B2C environment
  • Proven track record of successful sales performance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
