About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Coordinator to join our Inside Sales team at Midwest Marble & Granite. In this position, you will be responsible for engaging prospective clients, instilling confidence, and creating a vision for their dream home. Your ability to effectively communicate, solve problems, and provide exceptional client service will be essential in driving business growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage prospective clients, instill confidence, and create a vision for their dream home.
  • Enter and update prospect information into CRM software.
  • Maintain calendars for Business Development Managers, scheduling appointments and meetings as needed.
  • Ensure smooth hand-offs and interactions between Business Development Managers, Project Managers, and clients.
  • Provide exceptional client service, follow up on installations, and assess client experiences.

Requirements:
  • Coachable, willing to learn, grow, and contribute.
  • Accountable, self-motivated, and able to take initiative.
  • One plus years of successful experience in sales, customer service, or project management.
  • Effective communication skills, especially verbally.
  • Ability to problem-solve, think critically, and make sound decisions.
  • A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record.
  • US citizenship or eligibility to work in the United States.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
