Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in Olathe, Kansas. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing evidence-based treatment to patients, working closely with our physical therapists to deliver high-quality care and achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide physical therapy services to patients under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist
- Assist with patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress assessments
- Conduct exercises and interventions to promote patient mobility and function
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and industry advancements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant Program
- Current or pending state licensure
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
