Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to provide evidence-based treatment to patients in our Olathe clinic. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented group of clinicians and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities- Provide physical therapy services to patients under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist
- Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans to meet individual needs
- Implement and modify treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
- Participate in ongoing professional development and education to stay current with best practices in physical therapy
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant Program
- Flexibility to work a variety of schedules, including days, evenings, and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
