Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Job Description

At Creative Financial Staffing, we are seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, the CFO will play a critical role in driving financial strategy and ensuring the financial health of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Lead and manage the finance team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to guide financial decision-making and monitor business performance.
  • Establish and maintain robust financial policies and internal controls.
  • Present financial information to key stakeholders, including the Board of Directors and external partners.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Licensed Certified Public Accountant.
  • 10+ years of financial leadership experience.
  • Cost accounting experience in manufacturing, government contracting, or related fields.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with board presentations and dealing with multiple personalities.
  • Nonprofit mindset preferred.
  • Familiarity with government contracting and multifaceted business operations.
Compensation:
  • Up to $225,000.00, depending on experience.
  • Bonus eligible.
