Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform detailed quality assessments of cleaning operations to ensure adherence to company benchmarks and client requirements.
  • Design and execute quality assurance methodologies and standards specifically for janitorial and maintenance services.
  • Detect and propose corrective measures to uphold exceptional cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  • Monitor and evaluate quality assurance data in custodial services to pinpoint trends and opportunities for enhancement.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to guarantee satisfaction with janitorial services.
  • Organize and prioritize cleaning assignments to meet deadlines while ensuring superior service quality.
  • Educate and oversee cleaning staff on optimal practices and procedures in janitorial and maintenance services.
  • Stay informed about the latest cleaning techniques, industry developments, and innovative technologies.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and industry guidelines pertinent to custodial services.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of three years of experience in janitorial or custodial roles.
  • Familiarity with Quality Assurance and quality control frameworks relevant to cleaning and maintenance.
  • Prior experience as a Quality Control Inspector or Technician in custodial services is advantageous.
  • Experience in supervising cleaning personnel is preferred.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and planning skills in a custodial context.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
