Key Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed quality assessments of cleaning operations to ensure adherence to company benchmarks and client requirements.
- Design and execute quality assurance methodologies and standards specifically for janitorial and maintenance services.
- Detect and propose corrective measures to uphold exceptional cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Monitor and evaluate quality assurance data in custodial services to pinpoint trends and opportunities for enhancement.
- Foster positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to guarantee satisfaction with janitorial services.
- Organize and prioritize cleaning assignments to meet deadlines while ensuring superior service quality.
- Educate and oversee cleaning staff on optimal practices and procedures in janitorial and maintenance services.
- Stay informed about the latest cleaning techniques, industry developments, and innovative technologies.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and industry guidelines pertinent to custodial services.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of three years of experience in janitorial or custodial roles.
- Familiarity with Quality Assurance and quality control frameworks relevant to cleaning and maintenance.
- Prior experience as a Quality Control Inspector or Technician in custodial services is advantageous.
- Experience in supervising cleaning personnel is preferred.
- Strong organizational, project management, and planning skills in a custodial context.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven leadership and organizational skills.
- Capability to perform well under pressure and manage multiple tasks concurrently in a custodial setting.
- Analytical skills to assess data and propose improvements in cleaning services.
- Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a custodial environment.
- Willingness to work during non-standard hours if required.
Work Environment:
- This role necessitates work outside of a traditional office setting.
- Possession of a valid driver's license may be required for travel.
- A background check may be necessary.
