**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a seasoned Property Manager Assistant to join our team at Village Green. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of our apartment communities.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage resident accounts, including payment processing, deposits, and lease information.
  • Support the leasing process, including showings, applications, and renewals.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, vendors, and colleagues, both verbally and in writing.
  • Conduct regular site visits to inspect properties and address maintenance issues.

Necessary Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in property management or a related industry.
  • Proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods, as needed.

Compensation Package:** Salary: $49,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, plus bonus and commission potential. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance, 401(k) plan, and paid time off. Opportunities for growth and development within the company.
