Job Description

Village Green is seeking an experienced Operational Assistant Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Property Manager with day-to-day operations, focusing on accounts receivable and leasing.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Establish and maintain good relations with residents, prospective residents, and vendors
  2. Maintain controls over Accounts Receivable
  3. Administer the lease renewal program
  4. Generate and deliver general correspondences
  5. Inspect move-outs
  6. Balance month-end reports
  7. Assist leasing activities
  8. Monitor property condition

Requirements:

  • 4-year degree
  • Previous experience in property management or a related field
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Word and property management software
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles
  • Good organizational skills and supervisory experience
  • Real estate license
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team

Salary Range: $44,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience
