About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Program Manager to spearhead key projects within our Enterprise Technology team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and leading collaboration with customers, stakeholders, and engineering teams to drive project success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop and execute project plans, including scoping, dependency alignment, and scheduling.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Lead and broker agreement on end-to-end system design, coordinate project teams and stakeholders, and ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Project Management: Track project progress and performance, manage project budget and resource allocation, and communicate project status updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve project issues and conflicts, and guide and influence program participants/stakeholders to focus on decision points, options for end outcomes, and solutions that unblock/de-risk and keep programs on track.
  • Best Practices: Develop and implement project management best practices and methodologies, and mentor team members.
  • Post-Project Evaluation: Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Strong Project Management Skills: Excellent project planning, scheduling, and budgeting skills, with the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong technical expertise in distributed systems and mobile applications, with the ability to lead fast decision making among stakeholders and engineering teams.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills to guide project teams towards successful project completion, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related area, and 7 years' experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area, or 9 years' experience in a related field.

  • Competitive Compensation: We offer a competitive salary range of $156,000.00-$312,000.00 per year, depending on location.
