About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Staff Software Engineer to join our Corporate Communication team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, building, testing, deploying, maintaining, and improving large-scale software solutions following agile development processes.

You will interact closely with product owners, business, and technical teams to facilitate alignment and clarity across teams on goals, outcomes, and timelines. Additionally, you will provide technical leadership on high-impact projects, mentoring and influencing other engineers in the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Designing, building, testing, deploying, maintaining, and improving large-scale software solutions
  • Interacting closely with product owners, business, and technical teams
  • Providing technical leadership on high-impact projects
  • Mentoring and influencing other engineers in the team
  • Learning new and changing technologies and adapting to ensure best software practices and standards
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with expertise in front-end stack (ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Redux libraries) and back-end stack (Java, Python, NodeJS, and Microservices knowledge). Experience with big data technologies, such as Hadoop, Hive, or Spark, is also required. Additionally, you should have experience with DevOps practices, particularly CI/CD, to support effective development and deployment processes.

Excellent analytical skills, coupled with a strong problem-solving attitude, are essential. Proficiency in technical writing, verbal communication, and presentation skills is also required. Prior experience in development and deployment in Adobe Experience Management is a plus.
