- Maintain accurate records of food preparation and inventory.
- Participate in menu planning and development, providing input on new dishes and menu items.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two years of food preparation experience, preferably in a high-end restaurant or hotel.
- Culinary degree or equivalent.
