Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional technical assistance to clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and remote support. Conduct thorough troubleshooting of electro-mechanical devices, carefully assessing symptoms to accurately identify problems. Provide timely and precise feedback to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and issue resolution. Effectively manage and prioritize multiple ongoing issues to guarantee prompt resolution and customer contentment. Create Wiring Diagrams based on client-supplied software specifications, ensuring meticulous attention to detail. Engage in Beta testing programs and contribute to product enhancements by offering valuable insights and comprehensive reporting. Utilize laboratory tools to perform diagnostic evaluations and uncover root causes of hardware malfunctions, fostering ongoing improvement. Monitor and escalate urgent cases or issues that necessitate immediate intervention. Collaborate with various teams and departments to gather information, assess potential solutions, and decide on appropriate actions for escalations. Maintain detailed and accurate records of escalated cases, including actions taken, client interactions, and resolutions achieved using MS Dynamics.Qualifications
An Associate or Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in engineering or a related discipline. Practical experience in any of the following areas: technical support, training, education, sales, or customer service roles. Strong analytical thinking and decision-making skills. Excellent organizational abilities, creativity, and attention to detail. Proven history of teamwork and customer-centric focus. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients.Preferred Qualifications
