Allergy Care Specialist

Job SummaryThis position involves working closely with patients to provide exceptional patient care, perform allergy testing, and manage allergies under the direction of a physician. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and maintain confidentiality. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to ensuring the smooth flow of patients within the allergy clinic.
Responsibilities• Collaborate with allergy clinic personnel to ensure efficient patient care
• Provide patient education on allergy methods, testing, and treatment options
• Perform allergy testing and administer immunotherapy as ordered by the physician
• Record patient information accurately and maintain confidentiality
• Participate in in-service training and continuing education to stay up-to-date on industry developments
Requirements• High school diploma or equivalent required; medical certification preferred
• Minimum two years of medical experience; knowledge of general office duties and insurance plans
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and maintain confidentiality
Estimated Salary$55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
