Job Title: Senior Field Technician

At RESA Power, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Field Technician to join our team. As a Senior Field Technician, you will be responsible for performing complex electrical power system testing and maintenance tasks, ensuring the safe and reliable operation of our customers' electrical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform high-voltage electrical power system testing and maintenance tasks, including switchgear and circuit breaker testing, transformer inspection and maintenance, and low and medium voltage cable installation testing.
  • Inspect and test electrical power systems to identify and diagnose faults, and perform repairs and maintenance as needed.
  • Collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure that electrical power systems are operating safely and efficiently.
  • Develop and implement electrical power system testing and maintenance plans to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior technicians and other team members.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical power system testing and maintenance, with a strong background in high-voltage electrical systems.
  • NETA Level IV certification or equivalent required.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical power system testing and maintenance procedures, including switchgear and circuit breaker testing, transformer inspection and maintenance, and low and medium voltage cable installation testing.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
