Key Responsibilities- Leadership

- Growth & Quality
- Spearhead growth in the early learning division through program expansion, recruitment and retention of program participants and staff, development of new sites, pricing strategies, and collaborative partnerships.
- Drive quality improvement and scalability by defining and establishing best practices, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and implementing process improvements and system-level strategies.
- Capacity to identify root causes of issues and implement solutions, ensuring continuous improvement and excellence.
- Evaluation
- Oversee and implement key metrics, program evaluation, and student evaluation, ensuring alignment with organizational purpose, high quality, funder, and regulatory standards.
- Innovation
- Drive innovation to implement and pilot new strategic initiatives and inspired approaches to enhance success in early learning, staying ahead of industry trends and best practices.
- Parent Experience
- Create a parent experience pathway to facilitate seamless transitions from interest to enrollment, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for families.
- Substantiate consistent and scalable processes and evidence-based touchpoints to promote quality parent involvement and achieve enrollment goals.
- Communications & Partnerships
- Implement multi-faceted communication strategies to build relationships and enhance operational effectiveness with diverse internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, such as early childhood education or a related field.
- Experience
- Five or more years of current/recent administrative and large staff management experience in early childhood programs, with a focus on ages 6 weeks to 5 years.
- Able to meet DHS Director standards in Tennessee and Mississippi or any other US state.
- Experience with multi-unit operations, ensuring effective management and growth.
- Ability to be on-site all week, with 2-3 days at the centers and the remaining days in any office of the organization.
- Experience in fiscal management and budget development, preferably with diverse funding streams (federal, state, and private pay).
In addition to a salary of $130,000 to $145,000 (DOE), this opportunity offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, optical, and life insurance, a 12% employer-funded, fully vested retirement plan after two years, and a 403(b) savings plan. A full relocation package is offered if moving from over 60 miles away.
