Job Title: Administrative and Office Management Professional

Job Summary:
Hire Ventures, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative and Office Management Professional to support the daily operations of our Atlanta office. This role will involve providing exceptional support to our team, maintaining a well-organized office environment, and ensuring seamless communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Field Inbound Communications: Answer phone calls, respond to email inquiries, and route messages to the appropriate team members as needed.
  • Coordinate Scheduling: Schedule meetings and appointments for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring cross-functional availability.
  • Organize Internal Resources: Develop and maintain processes for efficient file management, supply ordering, and office organization.
  • Liaise with Visitors: Welcome and assist office guests, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
  • Communicate Policies and Procedures: Inform employees of new processes, rules, and regulations, and facilitate their implementation.
  • Facilitate Executive-Level Operations: Provide administrative support to high-level staff, including booking travel, submitting expense reports, and sending communications as needed.

Requirements:
  • 3+ Years of Experience: As an Administrative Assistant, Office Manager, or Office Coordinator.
  • Strong Organizational: Skills, including time management, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Positive Attitude: A high-energy individual with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and experience with HRIS platforms like ADP for employee data management.
