We are seeking a skilled Psychotherapist to join our team at OSF HealthCare. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a compassionate and experienced multi-disciplinary team, providing high-quality patient care to adolescents and adults with eating disorders.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and develop treatment plans to promote cognitive and behavioral change.
- Provide individual, couples, family, or group therapy sessions to support patient progress and goals.
- Effectively manage a patient caseload and demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care appropriate to the age and diagnoses of the patients served.
- Master's Degree in counseling or social work.
- Illinois licensure as a LCPC or LCSW.
- Interpersonal skills necessary to effectively provide quality patient care.
- Knowledge of the principles of growth and development, as well as physical, emotional, and psycho-social needs of the patient population served.
- Proven skills in written/verbal communications, problem solving, independent problem solving, decision making abilities, creativity, prioritization/delegation, and necessary computer-related skills.
- 2 years of experience post-master's degree completion.
- 2 years of experience working with the age and diagnoses of the population served.
- Experience working in a multidisciplinary team setting.
