Environmental Services Manager

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to patients, staff, and visitors, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Operational Efficiency: Drive operational outcomes in alignment with site and/or system scope of service, minimizing waste and maximizing productivity.
  • Leadership: Foster positive relationships with staff and patients, promoting a culture of teamwork, respect, and open communication.
  • Resource Management: Manage departmental resources, including staffing, workflow, and throughput, to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with the organization's Code of Ethical Conduct and policies, maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School Graduate.
  • Experience: Typically requires 2 years of experience in environmental services, with prior leadership experience in a similar setting preferred.
  • Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA) is required within 6 months.
