Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Landscape Manager to join our team at Environmental Designs. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing daily site operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery to clients, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily site operations, including scheduling, assigning, and directing field production staff to ensure all services are performed according to contract specifications, on budget, and on schedule.
  • Conduct regular site walkthroughs with clients and other company representatives to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement labor plans to ensure efficient use of resources and meet business objectives.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, safety, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve processes, and enhance customer experiences.
  • Monitor and analyze site performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve site safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Landscape Architecture, or Horticulture, or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 5 years of related work experience in commercial landscape management, site operations, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in team development, coaching, and performance management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, employees, and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop strategies to drive business growth and improve site performance.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate commercial landscape equipment and tools.
  • Commercial Pesticide Applicators License or ability to obtain within 1 year.
  • Certified Landscape Technician (CLT) or ability to obtain within 1 year.
