The Country Club at Castle Pines is seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Server Assistants and Food Runners. These roles are ideal for those who are passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating a memorable experience for our members.

The Country Club at Castle Pines is a private club that offers an exceptional Colorado country club lifestyle just minutes south of Denver. Our signature Jack Nicklaus golf course is nestled in the Rocky Mountain landscape, providing members with an unparalleled golf experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service to members and guests, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.
  • Support fellow staff members to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Adhere to all uniform, grooming, and hygiene standards.
  • Arrive to work in a timely manner and be prepared to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Recognize members and guests by name and create a professional relationship.
  • Comply with all food and beverage rules and regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with members, guests, co-workers, and management.
  • Develop strong menu knowledge and identify member-specific dietary needs.
  • Perform shift checklists and report to lead staff before leaving.

Working Environment

The physical demands of this position require the ability to lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing up to 40lbs or heavier with assistance and proper equipment. You will also be required to walk, stand, and stay focused for long periods, as well as work in both indoor and outdoor environments with moderate noise levels.
