Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Director to join our Enterprise and Client Strategy team. As a key member of our strategy function, you will develop informed perspectives and recommendations on the organization's biggest strategic questions. Your expertise will help drive client acquisition, deepen relationships with clients, and inform industry-leading strategies to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting external research to inform strategic perspectives and stay up-to-date on market positioning

• Navigating complex business challenges by employing structured problem-solving to develop and drive recommendations, create frameworks from scratch, and build business cases

• Building a learning agenda and delivering in collaboration with research, insights, and analytics teams

• Leading strategic conversations on client challenges and financial goals to inform innovative ways to drive client acquisition, deepen engagement, and build intergenerational relationships with clients

• Independently leading distinct bodies of work and/or projects, including anticipating business needs beyond immediate next steps and connecting the strategy to execution

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 7-10 years of experience in strategy consulting or corporate strategy

• A proven ability to leverage data in generating actionable insights

• Strong capability to evaluate and convert complex ideas into a simple, digestible format for all audiences

• Deep industry insights in financial services, with financial planning, wealth and asset management, and/or insurance experience preferred

• Experience building relationships and working collaboratively with top executives and colleagues to identify and resolve issues

Benefits

We offer a highly competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $139,370 - $258,830, plus bonus opportunities. Additionally, we provide comprehensive benefits, tuition reimbursement, commuter plans, paid time off, medical/dental/vision plans, 401(k), and pension program.
