Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Global Account Strategy
- Work closely with our business strategy team to develop a comprehensive global account strategy that aligns with our company's goals and objectives.
- Translate the strategy into actionable plans and coordinate with our global teams to ensure successful execution.
- Provide Exceptional Client Service
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our key clients, ensuring timely and effective communication and issue resolution.
- Facilitate coordination of job orders, inquiries, and technical exchanges between our affiliates, offices, and personnel involved in the execution of the contract.
- Maximize Revenue Potential
- Network with decision-makers within our key accounts to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Attend regular meetings with clients to discuss marketing, business development, technical governance, performance reviews, and resolution of areas of conflict.
- Monitor and Improve Performance
- Track key performance indicators, service level agreements, and financial targets to ensure alignment with our company's goals.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and take corrective action as needed to maintain a strong relationship.
- Stay Ahead of the Competition
- Continuously monitor revenue trends and competitor activity to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Investigate new opportunities with our key accounts for our business line or other SGS business lines.
- Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as business, engineering, or analytical sciences.
- At least 5 years of experience in account management, customer service, or a related field with a successful track record.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the industry for the relevant business unit (CPCH, EE, HL, or SL).
- Knowledge and Skills
- Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced, highly professional environment.
