Job Summary:

As a Behavioral Rehabilitation Specialist with The GEO Group, you will play a vital role in preparing individuals for successful community reentry through the delivery of cognitive behavioral curriculum. About the Role:

This position requires the facilitation of cognitive behavioral curriculum in a group setting, focusing on motivation for change, social adjustment, personal management, social skills development, cognitive restructuring, and problem-solving skills. You will also conduct periodic reviews of curriculum and resources to enhance participant engagement in post-release programs and activities. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records, provide completion certificates, and support assessments of participant needs and referrals to appropriate staff.

What We Offer:

The GEO Group offers a competitive salary range of $ $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
