Global Dimensions, a prominent service-disabled, veteran-owned small business, specializes in a variety of sectors including language and culture, training and education, information technology, cybersecurity, and intelligence. We are currently in search of a Program Manager to supervise projects across Africa and act as the main point of contact with governmental entities in the area.

  • Oversee daily project operations and ensure compliance with established timelines and financial plans.
  • Collaborate with project teams, senior leadership, and stakeholders to align objectives.
  • Monitor project advancements, generate reports, and relay updates effectively.
  • Anticipate and allocate resources efficiently to achieve project goals.
  • Engage with vendors and suppliers to fulfill project requirements.
  • Implement best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

  • Secret clearance is mandatory.
  • Bachelor's degree with over 15 years of experience in program management.
  • Proven track record in managing multi-million dollar projects in demanding settings.
  • Prior experience in sub-Saharan Africa is essential.
  • DLPT 3/3 proficiency in French is required.
  • Understanding of government contracting regulations.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities.
  • Experience working OCONUS, particularly in Africa, is highly desirable.
  • PMP and/or ITIL certification is advantageous.
