Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage eDiscovery projects from start to finish, including document collection, processing, and review.
- Supervise a team of contractors, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Collaborate with government clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables.
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure efficient and cost-effective project execution.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve project delivery and team performance.
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 2+ years of related experience in eDiscovery, litigation support, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management, team leadership, and client relationship management.
- Strong knowledge of eDiscovery tools, technologies, and processes, including Relativity and other document review platforms.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Experience with technology-assisted review, search, and coding.
- Knowledge of government regulations and policies related to eDiscovery.
- Paralegal or law degree a plus.
