We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Marriage and Family Therapist to join our team at Discovery Counseling Center. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with experienced supervisors to provide high-quality care and relationship solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to identify client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide mental health therapy to individuals, couples, families, and children, utilizing evidence-based techniques and approaches.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient information and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and training.
- Master's degree in counseling, social work, or a related field.
- Current associate marriage and family therapy registration with the BBS.
- Previous experience as a marriage and family therapist is preferred, but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
