Job Overview

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing strategic accounts and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer relationships and develop strategic plans to drive business growth
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans
  • Grow current business through cross-selling and up-selling other services
  • Meet assigned sales quota and expectations for profitability

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of strategic account management experience in the janitorial industry
  • Proficiency with Excel and sales software
  • Ability to identify and close sales opportunities
  • Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional relationship building skills
