Job Title: Awake Overnight Residential Counselor

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Awake Overnight Residential Counselor to join our team at Vinfen. As a key member of our support staff, you will provide direct support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a small group residential setting or an individual living arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer medication under the Medication Administration Plan (MAP)
  • Implement treatment plans and assist individuals with activities of daily living
  • Provide support and guidance to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
  • Participate in nightly cleaning and filing duties
