Job Summary

As an Awake Overnight Counselor with Vinfen Corporation, you will provide direct support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a small group residential setting or individual living arrangement.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide direct support and care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
  2. Assist with daily living activities, such as personal care and household chores.
  3. Encourage and support individuals in their personal goals and aspirations.
  4. Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized plans.
Requirements
