Job Title: Clinical Oncology Specialist - GU Oncology

Natera is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Oncology Specialist to join our team in the GU Oncology space. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for establishing and growing a geography to exceed sales goals for our innovative MRD CtDNA test, Signatera, CGP assay Altera, and Germline test Empower.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to manage business results and ROI, including daily sales activities, new account acquisition, customer retention, sales growth, and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Build trusted relationships with physicians and accounts, educating them on our products and identifying strategic opportunities to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date on Natera products, services, processes, policies, internal teams, and competitor offerings, as well as the payer/reimbursement landscape.
  • Meet sales objectives by driving new patient acquisition, user engagement, and account growth, collaborating with the Associate Clinical Oncology Specialist (ACOS) and internal stakeholders to manage order renewals, solve Missing Information (MI), and manage revenue and expenses.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in partnership with the Medical team.
  • Identify and drive business opportunities and partnerships with academic and community cancer centers, clinics, and hospitals, working with key stakeholders to develop care pathways, establish institutional partnerships, and secure EMR integrations.
  • Develop a comprehensive business plan to gain and retain clients, aligning with national goals and organizational values.
  • Execute sales strategies and tactics, implement sales and marketing plans, and capitalize on pull-through opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5+ years of proven success in Gynecologic Oncology, Medical Oncology, Surgical, Pathology, or Laboratory sales, with documented results.
  • Knowledge of the targeted GYN Oncology/Oncology market, molecular diagnostics, personalized medicine, and reimbursement.
  • Ability to perform overnight travel.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, financial management, and excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • A valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
