Job Summary and QualificationsAs a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with departmental standards and nursing practices. You will collaborate with medical teams to provide comprehensive and compassionate care, adhering to established nursing protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patient conditions upon admission and during each shift, promptly addressing any changes in status.
- Perform medical procedures and document care accurately in patient records.
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses, taking necessary actions for any adverse reactions.
- Educate patients and families about medical conditions, treatment plans, and follow-up care.
- Required Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing or enrollment in a BSN program with completion within five years.
- Preferred Education: Master’s degree in Nursing.
- Licensure: Current RN license with the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
- Certification: BLS Healthcare Provider certification required.
- Experience: Minimum of one year of nursing experience is required.
