About the Role
We are in search of a committed Quality Assurance Manager to champion quality initiatives across the organization. This role is pivotal in ensuring compliance with Food Safety and Quality protocols, encompassing the implementation of essential food safety practices and the supervision of quality program development and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee quality and food safety operations at Wild Leaf Holdings
  • Establish and uphold quality benchmarks and testing methodologies
  • Guarantee adherence to Food Safety and Quality regulations
  • Design and sustain Food Safety and Quality Plans
  • Collaborate with leadership on product and process enhancements
  • Compile quality reports and supervise quality assurance personnel

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Food Science, or Microbiology is preferred
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in team leadership, ideally within food manufacturing
  • HACCP certification is advantageous
  • Knowledge of FDA and GMP standards is essential
  • Experience with Third Party Food Audits is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
