Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a personalized shopping experience.
  • Drive sales growth by exceeding individual and store sales objectives, including KPIs such as Consignment, Appointments, Repurchase Rate, UPT, and conversion.
  • Contribute to team performance by sharing knowledge, best practices, and mentoring colleagues to enhance their skills and expertise.
  • Capture quality client information to build relationships and personalize future client development opportunities.
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador, networking within the community to attract new clients and promote the Dolce & Gabbana brand.
  • Supervise the sales floor, acting as MOD when required, and ensure store operations are executed to brand standard.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of previous experience in sales roles, in Luxury Retail Companies.
  • Proven excellent client service skills and commercial mindset.
  • Previous experience in training and coaching people both in professional and non-professional contexts.
  • Ability to drive results through others.
  • Proficient computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Ability to communicate and analyze business needs/trends with senior leadership.
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving and dynamic environment.
  • High flexibility and ability to adapt to different customers.
