We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Systems Architect to join our team at Fidelity National Financial. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in systems management and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and maintain systems management platforms for the enterprise.
  • Respond to service incidents and act as an escalation point for enterprise IT staff.
  • Establish and maintain technical standards, policies, and procedures for the enterprise.
  • Manage operating systems and maintain policy compliance.
  • Implement projects within end-user computing disciplines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience.
  • 5+ years managing and troubleshooting a managed Microsoft Windows environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Tanium, Microsoft Configuration Manager, and Intune.
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
  • Team collaboration skills and communication.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience migrating MCM features to Tanium.
  • Experience with ServiceNow or another service management platform.
  • Strong documentation skillset.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with various levels of IT.
