Dynamic Sales Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our dedicated team at Moehl Millwork, part of the BMD family of companies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership to build, coach, develop, manage, and evaluate high-performance sales teams.
  • Drive sales and profits to achieve annual sales volume, margin, market share, and other financial and strategic objectives.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and processes to drive revenue, growth, customer loyalty, and retention.
  • Lead customer coverage strategy to maximize quality customer touches.
  • Direct and oversee administration of sales policies and procedures, new product and program introductions, and implementations.
  • Utilize customer relationship management software and other tools to review activities, drive utilization, and provide feedback.
  • Collaborate with senior management, purchasing, marketing, operations, and other internal and external partners to develop and implement new programs and product offerings.
  • Facilitate communication between sales, operations, purchasing, and marketing on an ongoing basis.
  • Develop, build, and maintain effective and long-term relationships with new and key accounts, vendors, and channel partners.
Requirements:
  • Three or more years of experience managing an outside sales team, demonstrating the ability to lead, coach, motivate, and train a sales staff.
  • Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Building materials or similar construction industry background.
