Job Description

Job Summary:

The Senior Program Analyst will support MbSolutions Inc. under a contract with NASA. This position will support the Space Launch System (SLS) program in data management and analysis in all project control and business management areas, including performance measures and improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and Maintain Cost/Schedule Baseline: Develop and maintain accurate cost and schedule baselines for the SLS program.
  • Participate in Formulating Estimates at Complete (EAC): Collaborate with the project team to formulate EACs and ensure accurate forecasting.
  • Participate in the Annual Planning, Programming, Budgeting & Execution (PPBE) Process: Support the PPBE process and ensure alignment with program objectives.
  • Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) Expertise: Advise projects on structuring their WBS and IMS to facilitate Earned Value Management (EVM) integration and rollup.
  • Critical Schedule Path Analysis: Perform in-depth analysis of the critical schedule path and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs) and EVM Expertise: Participate in IBRs and demonstrate expertise in EVM processes and principles.
  • Control Account Manager (CAM) Training and Support: Train and support CAMs in advanced EVM data analysis.
Requirements:
  • CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must be a U.S. Citizen and complete a U.S. government background investigation.
  • EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Master's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
    • NASA/aerospace experience preferred.
    • Desired 15+ years combined PP&C experience.
    • Advanced user of Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
    • Must be a U.S. Citizen and complete a U.S. Government background investigation.
    • Experience using software like Empower, wInisght, Cobra, SharePoint, and Excel is highly desired.
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or other related certifications desirable
    • Membership with the Project Management Institute (PMI) and/or the College of Performance Management (CPM) is a plus.
