Porter - The Village Square Apartments

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Porter to join our team at Berger Communities. As a Porter, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of our apartment buildings, grounds, and amenities.

• Perform general cleaning of interior and exterior apartment buildings, grounds, and amenities
• Assist with turnover cleaning as needed
• Participate in snow removal efforts
• Assist with light maintenance tasks such as bulb replacements and lighting inspections

• Basic janitorial skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong desire to continually improve technical skills
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and high level of enthusiasm
• Self-motivated with high level of initiative

• Competitive hourly rate of $15.50-$16.50
