Job Description

Apartment Porter

Competitive hourly rate of $15.50-$16.50, plus bonus opportunities and benefits, including a $700 sign on bonus.

As a Porter at Berger Rental Communities, your responsibilities will include:

  • General cleaning of interior and exterior apartment buildings, grounds, amenities, and leasing offices
  • Assist with turnover cleaning as needed.
  • Assist with light maintenance tasks such as bulb replacements, lighting inspections, etc.
  • Participate in snow removal efforts.

About You

We are looking for a motivated individual with:

  • Basic janitorial skills
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Strong desire to continually improve technical skills.
  • Positive, "can-do" attitude, professionalism, and a high level of enthusiasm
  • Self-motivated with high-level of initiative
  • Desire to expand property maintenance knowledge and skills
