Porter - Village Square Apartments

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Porter to join our team at Berger Rental Communities. As a Porter, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our apartment buildings, grounds, and amenities.

• Perform general cleaning tasks, including interior and exterior apartment buildings, grounds, and leasing offices.
• Assist with turnover cleaning as needed.
• Participate in light maintenance tasks, such as bulb replacements and lighting inspections.
• Contribute to snow removal efforts.

• Basic janitorial skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong desire to continually improve technical skills and expand property maintenance knowledge.
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and high level of enthusiasm.
• Self-motivated with high-level of initiative.
