BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the position of Registered Nurse Clinical Manager for our skilled office located in Suffolk County. This office provides exceptional care to adult and pediatric clients throughout Suffolk County.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a team of nurses to provide exceptional care to clients.
- Conduct assessments and develop care plans for adult and pediatric clients in Suffolk County and surrounding areas.
- Supervise nursing staff in the field and ensure the execution of care plans.
- Facilitate new hire orientation and training for new nurses.
- Participate in in-services and training for field staff.
- Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of experience as an RN.
- Tracheostomy/ventilator experience or an interest in learning.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Paid weekly.
- Comprehensive benefits package.
- Monday through Friday in-person office role with monthly in-home assessment visits.
