Role Summary
The Supplier Support position is tasked with managing external supplier relationships and crafting effective communication strategies to gather necessary compliance regulation information. This role is crucial for facilitating data exchanges between Source Intelligence and its customers' suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with suppliers to collect data on behalf of Source Intelligence customers.
  • Address customer and supplier inquiries, providing assistance and support as needed.
  • Guide suppliers on completing required supply chain documentation, including forms and survey templates.
  • Review and process documentation submitted by suppliers.
  • Engage with suppliers to clarify portal usage and compliance documentation requirements.
  • Approve data submitted by suppliers through the designated portal.
  • Complete Source Intelligence Product Compliance Certification 1.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Familiarity with compliance regulations such as RoHS, REACH, conflict minerals, and California Proposition 65 is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Multilingual communication skills are a plus.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Self-driven and collaborative team player.
