Key Responsibilities:

  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company-specific policies and procedures.
  • Quality Assurance Oversight: Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with cGMP requirements and identify areas for improvement.
  • Employee Recruitment and Retention: Provide feedback and coaching to employees in the quality department, and participate in the evaluation and review of center staff.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelor's degree highly desirable.
  • Experience: Minimum of one year of relevant work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Skills: Effective organizational, technical, and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
