As a Lead Software Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful deployment of software projects. You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating testing activities, as well as providing technical expertise and support to clients, developers, and testers. Your expertise will help us maintain the highest standards of quality and ensure that our software solutions meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute QA tests to ensure the quality of our software solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improving software processes and quality.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to clients, developers, and testers to ensure the successful deployment of software projects.
  • Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure the quality of our software solutions.
  • Identify and report bugs and quality issues in development, service, or business processes.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in software quality assurance testing, with a strong background in technical skills, expertise, and application knowledge.
  • Experience with automated testing tools and QA methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Certifications in software quality or technical equivalent preferred.
