We are seeking a highly skilled Product Specialist to join our team at GetResponse. As a Product Specialist, you will be responsible for serving as the primary product expert for US-based customers, facilitating and leading US-specific product webinars and training sessions, and conducting onboarding calls and support retention-focused activities for US customers.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in email marketing SaaS, strong technical knowledge of email marketing tools and platforms, and experience in customer retention strategies and practices. They will also have demonstrated ability to create and deliver product training materials, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong focus on US market needs, and experience attending and presenting at industry events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary product expert for US-based customers
  • Facilitate and lead US-specific product webinars and training sessions
  • Conduct onboarding calls and support retention-focused activities for US customers
  • Develop and maintain US-specific product content, including videos and courses
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences in the US, demonstrating the product and discussing email marketing and automation strategies
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure alignment and knowledge transfer

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in email marketing SaaS
  • Strong technical knowledge of email marketing tools and platforms
  • Experience in customer retention strategies and practices
  • Demonstrated ability to create and deliver product training materials
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong focus on US market needs
  • Experience attending and presenting at industry events

  • Base salary: 60,000 – 70,000 USD annually
