Job Summary

As a Respiratory Therapist with Baptist Memorial Health Care, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our team. Our Respiratory Therapy department is dedicated to delivering exceptional care and service to our patients, and we are seeking a skilled and compassionate Respiratory Therapist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patients and develop individualized plans of care
  • Implement and evaluate respiratory care plans, including administering medications and providing education to patients and families
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Current state license as a Respiratory Therapist
  • Preferred: 1 year hospital experience and ACLS and NRP certifications
  • Basic computer knowledge and skills
