Job Requirements
At St. Bernards Medical Center, we are seeking a skilled CRT Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background, with a minimum of an A.S. degree from an AMA-approved respiratory therapy program. Additionally, licensure as a respiratory therapist in the state of Arkansas is required.

Key Responsibilities
Our CRT Therapist will be responsible for preparing treatment medications, administering prescribed treatments, and performing various departmental procedures under general supervision. The successful candidate will possess extensive knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pharmacology, and clinical medicine, with the ability to exercise judgment and accept greater responsibility in therapeutic procedures based on patient observation.

Work Environment
The normal hospital environment requires our CRT Therapist to possess normal/corrected eyesight, full range of hearing, and the ability to operate various respiratory equipment, including IPPB, CPAP, and BIPAP. The successful candidate will also be required to lift and carry up to 30lbs, push and pull up to 70lbs, and frequently sit, stand, and walk.
